You will not use any of your services from this web site for any kind of illegal activity.

No Spamming. This is unconditional. If you are caught spamming, services will be terminated although an investigation can take place to determine actual spamming. Here are some suggestions - Have them request membership to mailing lists, offer a link in the e-mail that allows them to unsubscribe from your service and make sure you fully identify your true identity in the e-mail as well as why they are receiving the e-mail.
You take full responsibility and will be fully accountable for all your actions using the provided services.
You agree that if you are caught spamming, and are blacklisted for doing so, you will be fined $200.
Members nor MacKOM will be held accountable for any actions conducted by unlawful access to this parent or subsidiary sites. Actions will be taken immediately should such an acitivity be detected and efforts are always in place to prevent this.
Children 13 and under are not allowed to become a member, though they may utilize services paid for by a parent who is fully accountable for all actions of their underage children.
We do not guarantee the integrity of any data, though we do backups. We disclaim all warrantees of any kind.

Privacy Policy
All information gathered for MacKOM will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be sold, publicly listed or used for any other purpose other than to maintain a contact record with MacKOM, a contact record with our domain registrant (required to maintain a domain contact that can be accessed publicly on a limited basis; if you require further information on this, please let us know), your primay address will be mailed with service information on a periodic basis and if a law requires the release of said information.
